About Daniel Boulud

Chef Daniel Boulud is a renowned French chef and restaurateur with over fifteen restaurants worldwide including Daniel, his 2-star Michelin restaurant located in New York City. Chef Boulud supports charities focused on hunger relief and culinary education. He has been the board Co-President of Citymeals on Wheels since 2013 and is a valued partner in SL Green’s Food1st initiative.

Initiative

Chef Boulud and his team will be reopening their downtown prep kitchen to supply thousands of meals a day for nurses and first responders in collaboration with World Central Kitchen, Citymeals on Wheels, and other nonprofit organizations.
